Overview
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of high-voltage transmission line projects. This role oversees project planning, execution, and closeout to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, contractors, and project phases within large-scale transmission programs. Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of assigned transmission construction projects from initiation through completion. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with company and stakeholder goals. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Oversee daily construction activities, managing internal teams, contractors, and vendors. Implement change management processes to address scope adjustments and minimize project impacts. Identify and resolve conflicts, risks, and performance issues across teams and project partners. Maintain strong relationships with utilities, regulatory agencies, contractors, and community stakeholders. Seniority level
