Partner with the Branch Manager to guide and direct all branch activities Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing Regions solutions Conduct outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones Collaborate with branch leadership on new business opportunities and support financial wellness in the local community Provide consistent coaching to junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and needs identification Educate customers on Regions Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit types Educate customers on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM) to simplify banking Ensure a high-quality customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions as needed Oversee branch operations and compliance tasks, communicating procedural changes Resolve escalated issues in the Branch Manager’s absence, including scheduling and personnel decisions Refer customers to internal specialists for additional financial goals Follow bank processes and applicable laws; manage risks and adhere to Regions’ practices This position requires tracking time for hours beyond 40 per week and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is eligible for incentive pay. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Ability to work Saturdays as needed Two (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience Ability to handle and process cash transactions Excellent in-person, phone, and electronic communication Proficient computer use with typing and sustained monitor attention Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Preferences Bachelor’s degree Supervisory/management experience Skills and Competencies Adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines Ability to assist customers with digital banking offerings Ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent relationship-building and customer focus Strong leadership and communication skills Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are provided as market references and vary by experience, location, and performance. The position location affects the market range. Minimum Job Range Target: $44,327.93 USD. Median: $55,395.00 USD. Incentive pay plans: eligible for commission incentives based on performance.
