Contracts Analyst
(Procurement)
for one of our offices in
Sacramento, CA . This role is open to remote work. JOB SUMMARY This role will support the Statewide Regional Office to perform a range of activities supporting the Contracts and Budgets team. Specific responsibilities include preparing task orders, stop work notices and other contract documents at the direction of the Real Property Budget & Contract Section Manager. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of task orders, stop work notices and applicable contract documents Update and maintain status and budget reports Update the Authority’s system of records as needed Data research of historical information Researching and reviewing procurement contracts Invoice reviews and financial records updates Contribute to primary responsibilities and offer support on supplementary projects as needed Qualifications: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline Procurement experience Proven skills creating database spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and reports Demonstrate familiarity and ability to work with databases Ability to prioritize workload elements Be able to create database spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and reports Be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff orally, in writing, and with visual aids Ability to learn new tasks and software quickly Additional Information Travel may be required for this role.
