Data & Reporting Analyst

$85,000.00 + (Depending on Experience) Job Description:
At ProForce, we are seeking a Data Reporting Analyst with strong technical and analytical skills to design, automate, and maintain reporting workflows—primarily using Sigma Computing. The ideal candidate will take ownership of data reliability and reporting efficiency, ensuring leadership and field teams receive timely, accurate insights that drive business execution.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize Sigma Computing workflows that facilitate data collection and reporting
Develop self-service dashboards and operational reports using Sigma Computing and Looker
Partner with data engineering and business stakeholders to improve data models, KPI definitions, and reporting logic
Provide on-call support for investigating and resolving data or reporting issues at least two weekends per month
Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies; coordinate with vendors or internal teams to ensure data integrity
Present insights and operational findings clearly to leadership and department heads
Contribute to continuous improvement of the data reporting environment—streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and improving visibility across departments
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or BI development
Hands-on experience building workflows in Sigma Computing including parameterized queries, user inputs, and scheduled outputs
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills
Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
Experience with Github and/or GitLab
Experience designing or maintaining dashboards in Looker
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Experience with FieldRoutes or ServiceTitan
Familiarity with task management software (ClickUp, JIRA, or Monday)
Understanding of forecasting, statistical analysis, and data quality assurance best practices
