The Industrial Cleaning Supervisor will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of industrial cleaning laborers and ensure the safety and quality of cleaning services performed at the assigned location. Responsibilities and Duties

Supervise a crew involving high pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work and general cleanup in a plant-based setting. Organize crews, delegate responsibilities, and verify that equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely. Drive and transport equipment to various regional locations. Engage with prospects, clients and vendors to determine needs and recommend services that align with requirements. Demonstrate the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application. Enforce jobsite safety to comply with OSHA regulations and the hth companies Safety Program. Foster a positive workplace and safety culture. Act as a liaison for site leadership in the region and maintain positive client relations. Develop and maintain a high-performing team focused on customer service. Perform various other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications

Education and Experience Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience. Class B CDL is preferred but not required. Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment with tips and pressures ranging from 10,000 psi to 40,000 psi. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software. Personal Characteristics Ability to problem solve and develop solutions. Follows directions of manager/lead/superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed. Respects self, co-workers, managers, company, other contractors, and clients. Adaptable in methods used to complete tasks. Willing to learn and share knowledge. Ability to read, analyze, and address complex data or situations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Excellent communication skills and professionalism in interactions with staff and prospective employees. Willing to go the extra mile and motivate others to learn new skills. Shows up on time and can work independently. Physical Abilities

Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a state of alertness and in a safe manner. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly. Benefits
