Quality Assurance Engineer
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our East Windsor, CT team! This role involves working with inspectors to ensure quality product leaves the facility. This is a small job shop facility where you will have the chance to work on thermal spray metal coatings technologies. Location: East Windsor, CT Salary:
$65,000-$75,000 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in CT. Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer. Your Challenge
Develops, applies and revises quality standards for receiving, in-process and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements. Reviews and evaluates in-process rejections, obtains disposition and implements corrective action as needed. May interface with customers, vendors and various company departments to resolve quality problems and provide information. Participates in audits. Working hands on with production and operations.
Your Qualifications
1-2 years of manufacturing or aerospace experience Assisted in audits Understanding blueprints Self-motivated/self-starter Ability to wear multiple hats to help each other out Education - associates or bachelors
