We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic Operations team at the new wastewater plant. In support of these efforts, the Industrial Wastewater Treatment (IWT) Engineering Team is growing. Role and Responsibilities Job Description

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: • Collaborate with UPW-IWT Process Engineering teams to analyze equipment failures and reliability metrics, driving improvements in maintenance models and system designs • Possess strong Quality and Reliability background with experience in critical tools like Pareto Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, FMEA, etc. • Have a strong understanding of Reliability concepts, such as FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Maintenance types, MTTF, MTBF, and MTTR • Drive process optimization by studying performance data and implementing engineering solutions. Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment and systems. • Analyze performance data and develop metrics for various operations, with a focus on improving productivity and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications • B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree a plus) • Semiconductor experience preferred. • Skilled in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Flexible and team oriented • 2-year minimum experience in a Manufacturing Operations department • 3+ years of experience driving equipment life cycle improvements • Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed • Reliability Certifications such as Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus.
