We partnered with a well-established general contractor specializing in asphalt paving, concrete paving, bridge construction, grading, and drainage. They\'re committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across medium to large-scale public and private sectors. Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy highway construction, ideally proficiency in HeavyBid software, and a proven track record managing projects between $3M to $6M. Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals using HeavyBid Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Review plans, specifications, and contract documents Conduct site visits and assessments for accurate estimating Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Identify and mitigate project risks and change orders Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy highway/civil construction project management and estimating Proficiency in HeavyBid and other construction management software Understanding of ODOT standards, specifications, and permitting processes Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and training opportunities Seniority level
