Overview
Construction Site Supervisor at Acts Retirement-Life Communities. You will assist in oversight of construction projects and supervise on-site teams to build and renovate projects throughout the community. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe work environment and coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections. Responsibilities
Assist in oversight of all construction projects performed on-site. Supervise construction team and maintain a safe work environment. Order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, and control project schedules. Coordinate permitting, inspections, and related regulatory requirements. Perform mechanical tasks as needed (e.g., drywall, framing, HVAC, carpentry). Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of five years’ experience as a construction supervisor or in construction management. Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA). Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
