Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Compensation
— Senior: Estimated annual base pay: 92,800 (min) – 116,000 (mid) – 139,200 (max); Staff: 114,400 (min) – 143,000 (mid) – 171,600 (max). Benefits

Design & Development: Create and optimize mechanical systems and components to meet performance and industry standards. Project Leadership: Manage small to medium-sized engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource coordination. Problem-Solving: Address complex engineering challenges using advanced principles and innovative solutions. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality assurance) to integrate systems into broader projects. Mentorship: Guide and support junior engineers to enhance team capabilities and foster professional growth. Key Skills
Expertise in hydraulic valve, fuel system, pump, and electromechanical device design. Strong understanding of system-level thinking and physics-based modeling. Strategic decision-making using trade studies and balancing tactical/strategic priorities. Proven ability to navigate conflicting or incomplete requirements. Leadership in mentoring engineering teams and supporting NPI initiatives. Effective technical communication and consensus-building with diverse teams. Knowledge of industry best practices and competitive market awareness. Qualifications
Senior: US – Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS); >4 years’ related experience; Pump development experience Staff: US – Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS); >8 years’ related experience or entry level PhD; Pump development experience Compliance & Equal Opportunity
