High Voltage Field Service Engineer
for a client in Las Vegas, NV. The incumbent will perform preventive/corrective maintenance on HV equipment, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and execute/supervise installation and commissioning. 69kV–550kV experience is required; up to 90% travel; relocation is available. Responsibilities

3–5+ years of experience with high voltage substations and equipment (>69kV), including field assignments, erection, testing, and repair. Reside in the Las Vegas, NV area or willingness to relocate. Experience with equipment such as transformers, generators, breakers, and capacitor banks. Knowledge of operating test equipment (e.g., CB timers, power factor, TTR, conductor, CT testers, Megger). Experience performing electrical tests, SF6 leak detection, gas analysis, timing, power factor, and contact resistance testing.
