Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You will work alongside collaborative and forward‑thinking teammates.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and standardising supply chain processes to ensure operational excellence across our global network. You will work closely with teams across business (operations, engineering, and procurement), define and manage internal standards, contribute to external standards development, and much more.

Responsibilities

Managing standards governance, defining communication strategies and identifying needs for internal standards

Defining, improving and validating internal standards, and managing their deployment

Contributing to external standards definition, improvement and validation

Managing the impact of external standards on processes and tools, and ensuring their deployment

Defining and managing jobs, skills, training and workforce planning

Preparing and managing budgets, including construction, review and release

Defining performance KPIs, setting targets and reviewing monthly KPIs

Providing supply chain input for tenders

Ensuring all operations comply with Alstom Health, Safety and Environmental policies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, administration, engineering or a related field of study

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in supply chain and warehousing

Knowledge and experience working with ERP systems (prefer SAP)

Proven ability to navigate complex environments and manage varying stakeholders

Proven analytical skills to address complex supply chain issues

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel

Strong communication and organisational skills

Experience in management and procedure application

Teamwork and leadership abilities

Fluency in English
