Success Education Colleges (SEC) is a family of institutions comprised of North-West College, Glendale Career College, Nevada Career Institute and Marsha Fuerst School of Nursing. SEC is a leader in allied health education and has offered quality and affordable health care training programs for over 58 years. The everyday mission is to educate students in short-term and professional programs for gainful employment and career advancement. Responsible for all phases of the Admissions process. Presents the campus and its programs to prospective students. Enrolls qualified individuals into education programs. Conducts all admissions activities with the highest integrity and business ethics while adhering to state, federal, and College, Accreditation policies and regulations. Manage the enrollment process and documentation needed to complete inquiry tracking, Financial Aid packaging, appointment scheduling, and academic file preparation. Adhere to the company Admissions Code of Ethics, policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with prospective, future and current students while avoiding misrepresentation at all times. Work compliantly within federal and state regulations. Contact prospective students by telephone, email or text to schedule interviews; provide superior customer service by phone, written communication, email, text or in person. Follow up with prospective students to address obstacles, ensure attendance at orientation, and provide a positive experience. Complete follow-up activities with enrolled students and generate inquiries to increase SEC referrals. Foster a positive work environment that prioritizes student needs and supports coordination across departments. Forecast new incoming students by program to assist in planning classroom capacity. Participate in campus, departmental, and college events and input all activity into the database management system promptly and accurately. Engage in training and development as needed and submit required reports and projects on time. Represent the campus accurately and uphold company values at off-site events. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge And Skills
Knowledge of current program offerings and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills (in person, over the phone, and in writing). Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, faculty, and the public. Ability to project a professional image and possess clear diction and voice quality. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a self-starter. Ability to focus on specific, quantifiable goals and maintain a strong drive to achieve them. Team player with demonstrated computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Education And Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous face-to-face sales, marketing or customer service experience required. Admissions experience in a post-secondary college or university is required, or marketing/sales experience at least 5 years. English/Spanish bilingual preferred. Full-time position. Benefits
