Purpose of Role: The Sr. Product Merchant is responsible for aligning, aggregating and facilitating discussions to build long-range global and seasonal category strategies for Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories in support of product category teams, regional merchants and cross-functional partners to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Your Impact: Support alignment and facilitation of setting UA targets and metrics for in-market performance through the Merchandising lens across all regions. Partner with Category leaders on seed / scale / maximize strategy of technologies across categories. Review lifecycle management across categories to ensure effective and efficient policies and timing. Drive portfolio efficiency and consistency of the line at the division-gender level (e.g., article duplication, pricing inconsistencies, and technology positioning inconsistencies) by spot checking and partnering with GMP to deliver data to Portfolio Category leaders or Category leaders. Own briefs and deliverables for technologies, collections, or segments that cut across categories (e.g., marketing brief for Halo). Support the alignment and facilitation of setting UA targets and metrics for in-market performance through the Merchandising lens across all regions. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience or Master\'s degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or typically 14 years of relevant experience without degree. Demonstrated leadership in merchandising, business growth, influencing cross-functional teams and driving process improvement. Proven ability to develop profitable merchandising strategies and collaborate across internal teams. Strong leadership and mentorship skills, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results. Strong understanding of global market trends, consumer behavior, and fashion industry dynamics. Proven track record of managing product lines and driving process improvements. Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in product lifecycle management software and tools. Decisive and able to make decisions in ambiguous situations. Strategic thinker with a passion for delivering products, stories and technologies that uphold brand values and standards. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Location: Reside within commuting distance from the Baltimore, MD Office. Work Schedule: Hybrid work schedule, 4 days in-office per week. Relocation
