Salary: $30.62 - $35.62 per hour
Work hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities
Ability to lead or participate in developing documentation or document publishing strategy, policy and guidelines Can participate in establishing publication guidelines, conduct procedure audits and certifications, or manage procedure timeline and pipeline Skilled in reviewing and editing material authored by others Able to design and develop technical project artifacts, Job Aides, technical training materials, for Windows and Mac OS and related products Ability to complete quality control assessments of the work performed by team Able to recommend and document business procedures and best practices, identifying process gaps and offering alternatives Experience to serve as team lead or escalation point Ability to collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Partners with clients to review audience and develop strategy to address technical documentation need Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
