Overview
Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP Ariba Enterprise Applications Consultant. As Principal Enterprise Applications Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and align with the organization’s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Responsibilities
Define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. Plan configuration activities and configure the product as per the design. Conduct conference room pilots and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. Demonstrate solutions/products and conduct POC/Proof of Technology workshops. Prepare effort estimates that satisfy customer budgetary requirements and align with organizational guidelines. Support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions for clients. Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education. At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology. Location: Pomona, CA. Position may require travel and/or relocation. Around 11+ years of experience in SAP Ariba modules with 2-3 full-cycle implementations of mid to high complexity. Sound understanding of Source to Pay processes and the ability to provide optimum solutions using SAP Ariba. Team lead experience leading a team of SAP Ariba consultants. Experience in one or more of the following process areas: Indirect & direct procurement using Ariba, S/4 HANA Supplier Lifecycle and Performance Management SAP Ariba Category Management Catalog procurement (Ariba) Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing Spend Control Tower Secondary skills include: Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway and Ariba Network Integration. Ability to configure SAP Ariba Upstream or Downstream per client standards and integrate with SAP Materials Management or other non-SAP ERP systems. At least three SAP ARIBA and S/4 HANA customer engagements. Experience with Agile Implementation Methodology. Customer-facing project experience. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% in a month (typically weekly). Ability to influence at the leadership level and to simplify complex situations into executable actions. Strong personal and professional values with entrepreneurial spirit.
