What you’ll do
Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects (Math, Reading, Writing, Literacy) and exam preparation for grades 9–12. Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to develop engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive. Bridge language gaps to ensure every student has access to the support they need. Qualifications
Passion for learning and commitment to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved and bilingual students Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field Available to work 10–35 hours per week at an assigned school and participate in monthly training Collaborative spirit and ability to work closely with teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors to maximize student success Compensation and schedule
In-Person Programs: $25 - $27 per hour Program completion bonus: up to 10% of total program earnings Flexible schedule: 10–35 hours per week Additional notes
