EXPERIENCED DUE DILIGENCE PROJECT MANAGER needed in the Chicago/Milwaukee area. Conducting Property and Facility Condition Assessments is the main task for this position. Site visits may require overnight travel. Looking for a professional who can provide quality, detailed reporting for our clients. Some projects require teams and others are completed individually. Assessments cover the built structures and cash reserve tables for upcoming repairs to be included in the reporting. Responsibilities

Diagnose and develop repair/restoration solutions for the built environment, including all major components and systems of buildings and other infrastructure. Manage projects ranging from property condition assessments to detailed evaluations of structural systems, roofs, facades, plaza decks, below-grade waterproofing, MEP systems, pavements, industrial floors, and construction materials. Use assessment techniques such as visual examination, non-destructive testing, instrumentation and load testing, laboratory testing, and destructive examinations. Deliver client reports with findings and recommendations, and develop restoration design documents and provide construction oversight/administration as needed. Plan, schedule, conduct and/or coordinate assessments, inspections, data collection and testing of property, buildings and roofs. Assist in the preparation of client proposals, cost estimates, and routine and complex client deliverables. Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects; participate in pre-task planning; report safety issues to management. Maintain quality standards on all projects. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in building science or related building field and 5–7 years’ experience in facility assessment; or, in lieu of a degree, 9–11 years’ related experience. Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn other software applications. Experience using tablets and other electronic devices. Able to work remotely from home as well as while traveling. Travel could be up to 50% of the time. Preferred Certification: Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC) or equivalent, but not required. Employment Type and Location

Salary range: Minimum $66,300 – Maximum $92,800. Final compensation based on location, qualifications and experience. About Terracon
