Role: Product Manager

Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our human + digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.

Activate the connective tissue between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product / portfolio opportunities, and establish the product vision, charter and roadmap.

Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics and break down work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development and delivery.

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap leveraging OKRs. Create the product in conjunction with agile, experience design, technology and risk partners to achieve business and customer outcomes. For technical products, understand and care for technical features, debt reduction and modernization of the technical product.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Expertise on the interdependencies among product model system elements that affect performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using metrics, KPIs, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability.

Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.

Strong customer centricity to implement strategies ensuring customers have a positive experience with products and services at every touch point.

Knowledge of technical aspects of software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.

Knowledge of Agile, risk management processes, tools and techniques; ability to apply risk management knowledge to diverse situations.

Preferred skills: product PnL, strategy, vision and planning, discovery, development, channel alignment, adoption, customer experience research, analytics, agile practices, go-to-market and sales channels, performance measurement.

Minimum Qualifications

Product management experience.

About the team/product This Product Manager role supports the test automation side of the organization and serves as a strategic bridge between the Business Readiness team and the engineering team. The position focuses on accelerating delivery of high-quality test automation products and shaping backlog and automation strategy.

Key responsibilities

Building and prioritizing the test automation backlog based on patterns identified from manual testing efforts.

Collaborating with the Business Readiness team to understand testing workflows and determine which processes should be automated.

Driving regression testing strategy: analyze manual regression testing, identify repeatable actions, and guide engineers on what to automate to improve efficiency and consistency.

Translating customer-centric testing insights into actionable engineering tasks, ensuring automation aligns with real-world user experiences.

This role does not require hands-on engineering but demands a strong understanding of testing strategy, especially regression testing, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location. Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00. Actual range may differ based on location and eligibility.
