We are investing in store improvements to deliver a five-star guest experience through a five-star teammate experience.
Job Description Pay is based on experience and is competitive: $18.00-$25.00 per hour. This role is eligible for additional bonuses and incentives. As a CarX Assistant Automotive Store Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of everyday store operations including the efficient, productive, and safe operation of our service bays. You will begin a comprehensive Management training program from day 1, preparing you for the next level. You will be an essential team member, building lasting relationships with our guests and helping deliver 5 Star Guest experiences while using your professional skills to take care of people, their cars, and ensure safe, reliable transportation.
This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be based on experience level.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Store Manager on store operations and decisions related to hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees
Support automotive technicians by training and developing teammates on all shop operations and guest services to maintain a productive sales environment
Assist with scheduling employees, completing timecards, and assigning work to Lube and Tire technicians
Attend meetings and clinics to maintain current knowledge of tools, parts, and repairs
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
High school or GED equivalent
Proven ability to manage, drive and deliver financial results while controlling costs
Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve goals
Valid Driver License
Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs
Excellent communication skills, business mindset, and basic algebra skills to calculate figures
Guest and team focused mindset
Proven sales experience
Proven leadership experience
