Sales and Profit: Infuse your passion for Claire's products into achieving retail store targets, fostering growth, and promoting self-expression; implement strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales. Memorable Shopping Experiences: Create positive, inclusive customer interactions; help customers find pieces that reflect their personality and celebrate who they are. Piercing Excellence: Participate in training to become a trusted guide for customers, conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process. Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotions to reflect Claire's brand values. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop your team; foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results and help team members reach their potential. Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products with enthusiasm; ensure well-merchandised displays reflecting current trends and maximizing sales opportunities. About You
Sales-Driven Mindset: You strive to meet and exceed sales targets and maximize opportunities. Customer-Centric: You’re passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success. Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers. Strong Communication & Selling Skills: You can engage customers, build relationships, and close sales. Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of taking charge when needed. Fashion & Trend Awareness: Passion for fashion and staying up to date with trends to enhance the customer experience. Curated Looks: Ability to create a curated fashion look with product during your shift. Job Requirements
You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers. Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales. High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of retail management experience. Ability to stand for scheduled shifts and lift 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs). Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers. You are passionate about helping customers express themselves daily and provide excellent service throughout their visit. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with customers, employees, and management. Basic math skills for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling. Willingness to learn and lead as part of a positive team environment; some stores may require independent work.
