People & Culture Business Partner (HRBP)
to join our team. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members across the United States, providing guidance in performance management, employee relations, leave administration, succession planning, and compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and has deep knowledge of multi-state employment laws. The role requires a collaborative, hands-on approach and the ability to execute tasks across multiple centers of excellence. For this role, candidates are preferred to be located in or near one of our office markets: Northwest Arkansas, Cincinnati Metropolitan Area, or Minneapolis, MN. Responsibilities
Performance Management: Partner with leaders to drive performance management, feedback, and development conversations aligned with organizational values and business priorities. Employee Relations: Serve as a confidential advisor for employees and managers, handling conflict resolution, investigations, leave/absence or accommodation requests, and workplace issues. Succession Planning & Talent Development: Identify, assess, and prepare talent for future roles through effective succession planning and development initiatives. Compliance: Act as a subject matter expert in federal, state, and local employment law; ensure policies and programs are compliant across multiple states. Culture & Engagement: Support initiatives that strengthen our values-based culture and positive employee experience. Partnership with Leadership: Provide HR support to leaders, balancing business needs with people priorities. Requirements
3-5 years of experience in an HRBP role with multi-state support. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build trust with employees and management. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related tools. Willingness to travel. What We Offer

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, with base pay determined by factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location. The national hiring base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.
