The role involves life-saving missions in various environments while maintaining safety and service excellence. Responsibilities
Provide safe, efficient, and reliable air medical transport in day and night operations (24-hour rotation). Perform line pilot duties in accordance with GOM. Support Safety Management System and other company safety campaigns. Work with internal and external customers to deliver courteous service. Participate in community outreach programs and adhere to PHI Air Medical policies. Assist in loading and unloading of patients and equipment as needed (lift of up to 100 pounds may be required). Qualifications
Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings First Class Medical CAMTS Requirement: 2,000 Total Hours; 1,500 Hours Helicopter; 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters; 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters; 100 Hours in unaided Night Operations or 50 Hours unaided and 100 Hours Night Vision Goggles (NVG) Candidates must meet 235 pounds body weight Strong communication and customer service skills Must pass pre-placement physical exam including functional capacity exam, drug screening, and background check Ability to interview and be accepted by customer/PHI management Annual Flu Vaccine not required Must be able to relocate if required (two-year minimum service per CBA when relocation package is utilized) Schedule / Location
Schedule 7 days on, 7 days off; base changes may require schedule adjustments Off-duty housing provided Compensation and Benefits
