We are seeking an innovative and experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join their Executive Management Team.

About the Role As the COO, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and lead a talented team to oversee all service lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and impactful outcomes. You will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs, align them with strategic goals, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Strategic Leadership:
Guide program development, spearheading innovative initiatives and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee all service lines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
Team Development:
Lead a high-performing team by hiring, training, and managing team members, fostering a culture of psychological safety, continuous improvement, and person-centered practices.
Financial Stewardship:
Ensure fiscal solvency through effective budget management and compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and government agencies, to secure support and enhance the organization’s visibility.
Continuous Quality Improvement:
Lead efforts to enhance program quality through data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and innovative practices.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in managing programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Strong skills in project management, financial oversight, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
A strategic mindset with the ability to innovate and drive organizational growth.
