Overview
Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Data Center Solutions) for Legrand requires leadership in demand planning with a focus on S&OP strategy, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The role uses ERP (SAP), demand planning (Anaplan), and CRM (Salesforce) systems to maintain inventory levels, monitor production commitments, and ensure customer commitments are met. Responsibilities
S&OP : Drive a robust global S&OP process and standardize inventory positions within the S&OP framework to inform supply decisions. Demand Forecasting : Develop, refine, and maintain accurate forecasts using historical data, market trends, and input from sales; collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy. Inventory Management : Optimize global inventory to balance product availability with carrying costs; monitor turnover and address slow-moving or obsolete items. Supply Planning : Align procurement and production plans with demand forecasts; ensure production schedules and procurement meet demand. Data Analysis : Use analytical tools to analyze historical data, identify patterns, generate forecasts, and adjust forecasts as needed; develop tools to provide visibility on commitment status. Collaboration and Communication : Build strong relationships with sales, production, and procurement; support leaders to optimize the supply chain footprint; lead cross-functional meetings; drive adherence to service metrics (on-time performance, lead time, voice of the customer). Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field, or equivalent experience; APICS Basic Certification preferred. Experience:
4+ years in supply chain planning/scheduling in a manufacturing environment. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Understanding of supply chain management, material planning in ERP/CRM, inventory management, demand planning in ERP systems; ability to run end-to-end S&OP processes; data extraction, cleaning, and analysis; strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills; excellent communication; ability to travel globally; intermediate Excel proficiency; proven project management and leadership capabilities. Base pay range:
$95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Other compensation:
