Our Entrepreneurial Agent includes a robust Support Team available throughout your journey with AAA. The team provides: Step-by-step assistance with a detailed deployment plan to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards Comprehensive education through in-person and virtual training on core business skills, sales, customer service, products and systems Continual support with access to resources to help you secure licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, and to develop and modify your business plan What would you sell?
Our products include: Property and Casualty Insurance: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. Access to brokered products from multiple national and regional carriers to serve a wide range of needs Life Insurance: Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities AAA Membership: Programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles with benefits for AAA Members What do you have to do?
You’ll bring industry-relevant experience, a level of capital to ensure your agency’s success, and a can-do attitude. We require the Entrepreneurial Agency owners to hold and remain eligible for Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses; if you don’t have one or both, we can point you to resources to obtain them. Short version
This opportunity is for an initiative-taking, results-driven, business-minded person who wants to build a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You will own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members and selling our products to a loyal client base.
