DMJPS PLLC is looking for a Tax Senior Manager or Manager to build and grow client relationships, coach and support staff, prepare and review tax returns, perform tax research, and more. This position is based in Concord, NC. Responsibilities
Build and grow client relationships and serve as a business advisor to clients Coach and support tax staff Prepare and review tax returns Perform tax research Direct and lead others as needed Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service Qualifications
BA/BS in Accounting (Masters in Accounting or Taxation preferred) CPA with at least 7 years of experience in public accounting Tax review experience Experience with tax compliance for individuals, partnerships, trusts and corporations (multistate filings experience preferred) Gift tax experience is a bonus Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with CCH Axcess (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills Excellent client interpersonal skills Ability to direct and lead others How to apply
