Responsibilities

As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks as well as overseeing and optimizing the infrastructure of digital marketing efforts.

The digital marketing strategy must support the overall Business Unit strategy in parallel with the strategic marketing vision and must support the ongoing development and growth of commercial success as defined by the annual goals and targets.

Safeguard the Perceptive and Business Unit brand and manage the day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business objectives.

Support marketing initiatives with a blend of technical prowess, analytical thinking, and creativity to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including marketing automation, website CMS, digital advertising platforms, social media platforms, and various martech software applications.

Social media: Manage social media platforms; determine and create optimal assets to increase engagement.

Website Management: Keep the corporate website current and up to date and manage its administration.

Creative Development: Develop imagery and other assets for internal and external use.

Data Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns; assess current demand generation strategies and identify necessary investments to enhance campaign returns and efficiency.

Digital Campaign Execution: Execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Create and execute campaigns, email drips, nurturing programs, and paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM/IP targeting) to drive sales and/or quality leads. Collaborate with Marketing and Lead Generation teams delivering digital intelligence to the commercial team in lead scoring, qualified lead management, and accountability tracking.

Maintains awareness of trends, tools, technology, techniques, and processes within the Life sciences domain.

Experience, Education, and Certifications

Experience in the same or similar role.

Demonstrable experience in: Digital marketing channels, paid digital media, social media, SEM/SEO, Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, Pardot/Account Engagement, WordPress and WP Engine, Adobe Creative Suite; video development/editing skills are an advantage.

Digital-forward, driven to innovate, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines.

Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing discipline or related study, or equivalent project-related experience.
