Dietitian Nutritionist – UI Health, Clinical Nutrition
Location: Chicago, IL, USA
Salary: $62,275.20 - $116,272.00 per year
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (Day shift)

Duties & Responsibilities
Assess patients' nutritional status and develop and implement appropriate nutrition care plans and interventions.
Implement medical nutrition therapy (MNT), document findings and recommendations.
Reassess patients for changes in nutritional needs, document nutritional plan of care and monitor progress.
Educate parents/caregivers on all aspects of MNT, including diet therapy.
Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care and participate in discharge planning and performance improvement committees.
Train new staff and dietetic interns; provide coaching, teaching, and mentoring to meet clinical competency requirements.
Prepare and present staff in‑services.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Possession of current Registered Dietitian licensure from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations and credentials and registration from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
