Associate Dean of Academic Affairs
with the onsite BSN program on our Miramar campus. In this key leadership position, you’ll guide faculty and academic teams to deliver a high-quality BSN curriculum, support student success, and uphold our commitment to Chamberlain Care. You’ll help shape the future of nursing by fostering academic excellence, mentoring faculty, and driving outcomes in retention, graduation, and NCLEX pass rates. What You’ll Do
Lead and support faculty recruitment, development, and performance. Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with national standards and student needs. Collaborate across campus and national teams to enhance student outcomes. Monitor academic success data and implement strategies for improvement. Promote a culture of care, professionalism, and continuous learning. What We’re Looking For
A collaborative leader with a passion for nursing education. Experience in academic administration and faculty development. Commitment to student-centered learning and regulatory compliance. Qualifications
Master’s degree in Nursing (required); Doctorate in Nursing or progress toward one (preferred). 2+ years of experience teaching in a BSN-level nursing program. 2+ years developing or participating in simulation and clinical experiences. 2+ years of leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide faculty. Experience in acute care, trauma, emergency, or medical-surgical settings (3–5 years preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong skills in organization, time management, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution. A student-centered mindset with a commitment to academic excellence and collaboration. Unencumbered professional nursing license (required). Additional Information
In support of pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.34 and $127,957.05. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
