Plant Manager responsible for overseeing all doughnut factory operations, ensuring adherence to Krispy Kreme standards and regulatory requirements, and fostering a safe, productive work environment. Responsibilities

Supervise all areas of the doughnut factory. Ensure positions are adequately staffed. Ensure operations run according to Krispy Kreme standards. Ensure employees perform their duties safely and correctly. Perform tasks for absent employees as needed. Coordinate scheduling and workload planning. Other duties as assigned. Customer Service

Ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards and customer satisfaction is achieved. Model customer-first behaviors according to company standards. Develop a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and measurement. Handle difficult customer situations professionally and address complaints promptly. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain product quality standards across all customer interactions. Supervisory

Supervise production, sanitation, maintenance and shipping operations. Ensure loadout functions and delivery logistics are completed timely. Maintain the physical property in good condition. Production

Maximize efficiencies and control variances in daily production and store performance. Understand production processes and maintain a schedule that guarantees high quality and output. Implement store quality control procedures and standards. Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and minimize labor hours. Inspect, troubleshoot, and assess production or equipment problems. Safety and Sanitation

Promote safety and store safety practices (e.g., appropriate footwear, floor safety). Maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness, including cleaning schedules and training. Equipment

Oversee proper maintenance of production equipment, material handling equipment, and building/grounds. Personnel

Direct and develop employees, including recruiting, training, scheduling, safety education, supervising, dispute resolution and firing. Build a team of customer-focused employees and foster teamwork. Demonstrate leadership in employee development for exempt and non-exempt staff. Communicate store policies, standards, and practices to employees and enforce them. Promote a positive, inclusive work environment. Leadership

Model and communicate company standards and policies. Implement directives from store, corporate, and divisional management efficiently. Develop and maintain store organization to promote efficient operations. Collaborate with corporate office personnel. Accounting

Manage expense budgets, including profit and loss responsibility. Complete required corporate reporting documentation, both financial and operational. Manage company resources, including inventory control and safeguarding assets. Maintain a resourceful budget and control costs and expenses. Manage financial duties such as deposits, accounts receivable, and transactional documentation. Your Recipe for Success

High school required; college degree a plus (Operations, Supply Chain Mgmt or Engineering preferred). 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; food or packaging experience preferred. Knowledge of Food Safety and FDA compliance requirements. Experience in sales, management, production, employee safety and customer service. Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills. Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable. Microsoft Office proficiency.
