The Senior Anodizing Process Engineer will lead and optimize our large-scale aluminum anodizing operations. This role is perfect for an individual who approaches their work professionally, loves to be a part of a team, and wants to help us get better every day. If that sounds like you, come join this industry leader! This job can be located in Terrell, TX or Midway, TX with some travel required. Job responsibilities include: Anodizing process refinement, development, optimization, analysis, control, and documentation. Develop and maintain process parameters to ensure product meets desired specifications. Lead trials and validation of new and existing anodizing techniques, chemistry, and automation technologies. Conduct root cause analysis both independently as well as by collaborating with QA, production, maintenance, and engineering teams to investigate defects, root causes, and implement corrective actions. Work with maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment reliability and up time. Develop and maintain documentation for process control plans, work instructions, SOPs, and compliance audits. Specify and tune anodizing tanks, rectifiers, agitation systems, wastewater treatment, and other anodization process specific technologies and methods. Collaborate with environmental health and safety to implement safety protocols and environmental controls related to chemical handling and emissions. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams to align anodizing capabilities with product requirements. Provide technical guidance and training to operators and production staff through training and SOP development as needed. Lead efforts of process standardization between Terrell, TX and Midway, TN anodizing operations. Here’s What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, materials science, or other relevant field of study. 5+ years of experience in industrial anodizing, with a strong focus on aluminum substrates. In-depth knowledge of analyzing chemistry and anodizing process best practices. Knowledge of color anodizing and dyeing techniques. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical process control (SPC). Preferred Qualifications

Experience architectural aluminum finishing standards. ISO Experience Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training. Hands-on experience with wastewater treatment and environmental compliance in anodizing operations. Familiarity with PLC-controlled systems, automation, and data acquisition tools.
