Overview
Electrical Engineers – Multiple Openings (Manager, Senior, Mid-Level) for an on-site development group in Houston, TX. Three Electrical Engineers are needed to contribute to advanced product development in a highly innovative and collaborative environment. What You’ll Do
Lead and/or contribute to the design, development, and implementation of electrical engineering projects from concept through production. Develop specifications, schematics, design drawings, and tolerance analyses. Drive engineering studies to support component and process selection. Write and maintain technical documentation, reports, and test protocols. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with regulatory standards. Manager role : oversee a small engineering team, manage project timelines, and provide technical leadership. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience). Hands-on experience in circuit design, schematic capture, and validation testing. Knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations for product development. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Manager role : previous leadership experience guiding engineers/projects. Senior role : proven expertise in product development from concept to release. Mid-level role : 2 - 4 years of hands-on electrical engineering in product environments. Bonus Skills
Experience with pressure sensing, telemetry, or medical/regulated devices. Familiarity with tools such as Altium, SPICE, SolidWorks, LabVIEW, or MiniTab. Knowledge of validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV). Background in highly regulated or safety-critical industries. What’s on Offer
Competitive base salaries
