Reliability Engineer Sr

The Reliability Engineer will be the Javelin program team lead for technical reliability analyses supporting development and production of missile systems, focusing on reliability, maintainability, and testability from concept through production. This position is based in Orlando, FL, with onsite work as needed. Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a Secret security clearance. Responsibilities
Support component and system qualification for new configurations. Design, coordinate, and execute technical reliability studies, experiments, and FRACAs. Participate in detailed design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and supplier collaborations. Conduct FRACAS activities and drive Failure Review Board (FRB) processes. Perform reliability growth modeling and develop reliability allocations and predictions. Investigate failures, lead root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions that meet reliability targets. Review specifications, drawings, and engineering change proposals for impacts on reliability, maintainability, and testability. Create and deliver clear presentations to program leadership and customers. Contribute to proposal efforts with reliability, maintainability, and testability inputs. Identify improvement opportunities from failure data and guide design enhancements. Oversee reliability data mining, trend analysis, and database development.
