Ensure the patient and resident are at the center of every decision. Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations. Embed Diversicare culture in the daily operations of the center. Ensure effective stewardship to meet budgetary commitments. Develop an effective business plan designed to meet community and marketplace needs. Ensure that quality care and services are provided to all patients and residents and that they meet the satisfaction of patients, residents, family, physicians and other partners. Qualifications
Current Nursing Home Administrator License. Experience in the Post-Acute Care setting. Demonstrated ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to utilize strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis. Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the center.
