We’re excited to be representing a well-established, AAHA-accredited, Gold Certified Feline Friendly hospital in the heart of Colorado that’s seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their close-knit and talented team. This practice has been proudly serving its community for over 20 years and has built a loyal client base known for prioritizing exceptional care and lasting relationships. The hospital is a full-service facility offering comprehensive wellness, surgical, and diagnostic services for dogs and cats. You’ll have access to cutting-edge tools, including digital radiology, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, in-house blood analyzers, and advanced surgical equipment. The team operates with a fear-free approach wherever possible, ensuring a calm, positive experience for both patients and their people. This is a collaborative, supportive environment where mentorship is a genuine priority, ideal for both experienced veterinarians and newer graduates eager to learn and grow. AAHA-accredited & Gold Certified Feline Friendly hospital Advanced diagnostic and surgical technology including ultrasound & therapeutic laser Supportive team culture with mentorship for new graduates 4 days per week available, with occasional weekend rotation Consistent schedule with rotating weekends (no overnights or on-call) Balanced caseload of wellness and sick patients Collaborative environment where you can truly thrive Salary range of $105,000–$140,000 DOE + additional performance programs About you
DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Colorado Passionate about delivering gold-standard, fear-free patient care Value teamwork, communication, and continuous learning Dedicated to building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike Competitive salary with variable pay programs 401(k) retirement plan with company match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation, parental, and sick leave Continuing Education allowance + paid CE days.
