Overview
We are seeking a litigation attorney — IP and copyright experience is a significant advantage — to join our growing team. The role will primarily focus on two areas: (1) Social Media & E-Commerce Platform Suspension Disputes and (2) Arbitration and Litigation with Major Platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong litigator who also manages client relationships effectively in the fast-moving world of e-commerce and social media. Responsibilities
Represent clients in e-commerce and social media suspension disputes and pursue account or content reinstatements. Handle arbitration proceedings with Amazon, Meta, and similar platforms. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and arbitration filings. Advise clients on complex IP and platform-related legal issues. Represent before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Represent in federal court in matters involving intellectual property. Manage client expectations and ensure high-quality, timely case handling. Qualifications
J.D. degree and admission to practice law in New York or New Jersey (or eligibility to waive in). Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably with an IP or copyright focus. Prior experience in arbitration or dispute resolution. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon) and social media law (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) is an advantage. Strong writing, research, and client management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Why Join Us
