This role offers an opportunity to contribute new practice ideas and initiatives that could improve care for patients across the country. The position is responsible and accountable for the practice of professional nursing, including patient care. It may involve a leadership role and requires adherence to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Participation in Compliance and other important training is a condition of employment.
Primary Responsibilities
Manages the patient care process by ensuring a comprehensive patient assessment and plan of care is completed and documented for all patients within the time frame of the established policy
May manage staff members, assess patient needs, delegate tasks, and support staff with duties as needed
Establishes collaborative relationships with members of the healthcare team and facilitates ideas for improvement of patient care and supporting clinic staff
Adheres to regulatory and organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety
Participates in departmental meetings and professional development activities
Demonstrates quality improvement and facilitates ideas for improvement of patient care and unit functioning
Completes basic RN competencies including triage (in-person and phone), nurse book, and I&R testing, in addition to departmental specific competencies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required: Associate\'s Degree or Diploma of Nursing
Valid NM RN License or valid multi-state compact license or eligible for licensure by examination
Current BLS Certification
1+ years of experience
Proven ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
Proven management skills; strong organization and problem solving skills
Proven to work well in a team setting
Proven to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing

Compensation and Benefits Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to salary, benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (eligibility applied). The hourly pay range is from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour for full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
