Contract Specialist . Location:
Seattle, WA – Hybrid (onsite 1-2 days/week) Length of Assignment : 5 months (possible extensions) Benefits : Three insurance levels, 401K + match, sick leave, and working with a great company! The Contract Specialist will provide end-to-end contracting support across a range of operational agreements. This role will work closely with Legal, Procurement, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate contract execution aligned with organizational policies and risk frameworks. Responsibilities
Draft, review, and edit contract documents using approved templates and clauses. Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and business partners to align on business and risk requirements. Support negotiation of contract terms and facilitate contract finalization. Track and manage contract progress, approvals, and communications through Coupa or other contract management systems. Ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of executed agreements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of contracting workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures. Qualifications
Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and management within a corporate, procurement, or legal environment. Hands-on experience with Coupa (contract module) or similar procurement and contract lifecycle management tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and drive timely execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Legal, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Compensation
