Serve as the lead technology expert responsible for Workday system configurations for an assigned COE/module. Support all phases of system functionality to include maintenance, administration, data management, complex reporting, and other operations associated with the assigned discipline. Design, build, test, and deploy configuration changes, reports, or dashboards. Develop data integrity protocols and security controls. Monitor performance of the technology and software. Maintain the integrity of the existing structure, security, and data. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise regarding systems and data associated with the assigned discipline/module. Use knowledge of processes and interconnectivity with other COE processes to advise and recommend technical solutions. Analyze system configurations and update processes to resolve issues, gain process efficiency and improve data integrity. Lead projects and project teams responsible for reviewing, testing, and implementing upgrades, patches. Provide end user training on system functionality and business processes. Lead vendor relationships and stay informed of industry trends and new technologies. Serve as a point of contact with internal and external stakeholders. Continue to develop advanced knowledge of the assigned COE, as well as standard knowledge of other COEs, ACG business strategy and competitive environment. Understand and recommend enhancements to internal department policies and procedures. Workday Finance – Additional Responsibilities
May serve on projects related to changes within non-WD cloud solutions. Provide consultative services for the department staff and external clients. Complete timely, complex analyses for upper management. Represent the department on corporate projects. Potential for working outside of normal hours to complete month end closing. Required Qualifications
Education: College level coursework in related business line/field Experience: Two years of Workday or other technology platform experience to include: Analyzing, testing, documenting, implementing and/or deployment of business systems and programs Planning, organizing, controlling, monitoring, and reporting projects including providing work direction and guidance Designing business unit specific systems Training others on the development and implementation/deployment of technical or new application projects Investigating and resolving production problems Using operating systems (e.g., Windows, Netware, IPM, NT; and client/server database management systems) Coordinating support activities provided by multiple off-site vendors and internal departments Database administration including programming complex reporting against relational databases (e.g., DB2) and hierarchical database unload files (e.g., IMS) Utilizing PC software applications (e.g., Windows operating systems, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VISIO, MS Project, Netware, IPM, NT, client/server database management systems, etc.) to format databases, write queries, generate reports Knowledge of: Structured system analysis, design, and testing protocols Systems development methodologies Project management techniques Techniques used to evaluate complex systems and their interdependencies Skills: Project management skills Evaluating systems and their interdependencies Influence others without authority Communicate effectively with others in a work environment and with the public Working under pressure to complete assignments Ability to: Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information Continue to enhance knowledge in assigned COE Conduct training sessions for staff regarding report preparation Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related business line/field Knowledge: Company policies and procedures as they relate to a centralized call center environment Telephone call center operation (i.e., call flow, service levels, queuing, abandonment) Remote hardware/software management Computer assisted design (CAD) Automated call dispatch and call center technology Wireless and mobile communications Work Environment
This is a hybrid work arrangement (time spent in office and remote). Depending on the employee's role and leadership's assessment, some employees will come in to an ACG facility on a weekly basis, a monthly basis, or on an "as needed" basis for key meetings and collaborative activities. Most employees will be required to come into the office, at a minimum, for important departmental meetings or team building events. About The Auto Club Group
