Account Manager-Beauty- SELL IN

24 Seven Talent Our client is a fast-growing color cosmetic brand based in LA seeking a strong Account Manager with SELL IN experience (Prestige). This is not a field management role/Sell Through. The Account Manager is the key point person for day-to-day management and strategic planning for all retailer partners. This role will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support to their assigned accounts and will report to the Head of Sales to drive profitability and productivity across assigned accounts. THE ROLE IS REMOTE
Responsibilities
Build best-in-class and collaborative relationships with all cross-functional partners at assigned accounts
Partner with Head of Sales on strategies to execute that deliver growth for assigned accounts
Leverage insights from retailer data, competitive activity, and consumer trends to identify opportunities and recommend actions that deliver incremental sales
Lead all meetings for assigned accounts (virtual and in-person). Come prepared to present with excellence
Provide weekly high-level business recap pulling out key metrics and important information to help story-tell the state of your accounts
Work cross-functionally to ensure all Visual Merchandising updates are executed on time and on budget
Lead execution of launches, promotions, and marketing activities to maximize sell-through and elevate consumer experience
Own the digital strategy and business for retailer.com including loading content, assets and copy
Build collaborative, strong, and positive relationships with internal teams (marketing, planning, field, PD) while developing account strategies to drive revenue
Identify and negotiate brand growth opportunities within your assigned accounts including but not limited to marketing levers, secondary placements, sampling, gratis, and promotions
Collaborate with cross-functional partners on all visual merchandising, sampling, and retailer marketing needs
Monitor and manage performance by analyzing results vs plans then create a strategy to ensure achievement of goals
Oversee accurate and timely item onboarding, assortment changes, and set-up processes with each retailer
Partner with planning on sales projections, forecasting, promotional planning, dilution planning, account risks, and overall opportunities for assigned accounts
Responsible for monitoring budget, staying within budget, and presenting ROI on all investments
Own all communication with Merchant/Buying teams
Review, analyze, and report on all campaigns and spend within your assigned accounts (sampling, promos, secondary placement)
Partner with the Head of Sales on budget building and promotional strategies
Strategic spending against approved retailer marketing and promotions. Document, reconcile, and ensure alignment with revenue/profitability target for all spend within assigned accounts
Collaborate with AVP of Sales and Education on initiatives to support events and sell through at retailers
Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant beauty experience working with retailers like Sephora or Ulta on SELL IN
Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering outcomes within established timelines
Ability to excel in a remote work environment, demonstrating adaptability and autonomy
Exceptional analytical skills, with a talent for translating data insights into actionable strategies and providing key highlights
Outstanding organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Pivot Tables and PowerPoint
Ability to travel domestically as needed
