Leading manufacturing company in Houston, TX is looking to add a Continuous Improvement Engineer with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to drive operational excellence. Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste, defects, and variability. Analyze data to identify root causes and drive process improvements. Mentor and coach Green Belts while facilitating cross-functional workshops. Develop, track, and report KPIs to measure and sustain improvement initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to align projects with strategic business goals. Qualifications
Experience level: Experienced Minimum 5 years of experience Education: Bachelors (required) Skills: Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma Black Belt, Manufacturing Benefits
