As a Sr. Analyst, you will support a team that is responsible for quality programs and initiatives, oversee process improvement initiatives, provide technical solutions, oversee team training, and serve as a department subject matter expert in areas of network build and pharmacy pricing, including operations client support. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Network Operations Quality. Supporting the building and maintaining and quality review process to ensure network pricing accuracy and compliance with our pharmacy network contracts. To be successful in this role, you will need to be oriented toward relationship building, timeliness, attention to detail, teamwork, and problem solving. Responsibilities

Support quality programs and initiatives and oversee process improvement initiatives. Provide technical solutions and oversee team training. Serve as a department subject matter expert in network build and pharmacy pricing, including operations client support. Support the building, maintenance, and quality review process to ensure network pricing accuracy and compliance with pharmacy network contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve timely, accurate results and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Qualifications

Three years experience, preferably in health care and/or pharmacy benefit management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt to an ever-changing landscape. Preferred Qualifications

Full time Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Benefits
