Overview The Finance Business Partner will serve as a key finance partner to NYX’s marketing, social, digital, and shopper teams. Reporting to the Head of Finance for NYX US, this role focuses on budget planning, financial analysis, and forecasting to support business decisions for a Gen-Z focused make-up brand.
Responsibilities
Plan, consolidate, and control budgets across multiple P&L lines, including Influencers, Events, Samples, and Content Production.
Provide detailed analysis and commentary on performance results and variances against budget.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities to forecasts based on actual performance.
Approve purchase orders and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Collaborate closely with business partners to support financial decision-making.
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 5 years of finance experience.
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Ability to function in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
