Key Responsibilities
Lead the expansion of the Private Equity Program by onboarding new firms and deepening existing relationships
Drive pipeline growth and support sales cycles for PE-backed opportunities
Plan and execute strategic events and maintain operational rigor across partner management processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, alliances, or partner development
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and value-creation frameworks
Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and drive results in fast-paced environments
High level of business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong operational discipline
