Overview Account Director role at Cushman & Wakefield. The Account Director is a key role with responsibility to drive profitability, achieve overall client satisfaction and exceptional service delivery for assigned accounts within Global Occupier Services (GOS).

Responsibilities

Manage the financial and contract performance of one or more account teams.

Maintain an understanding of the client’s business goals and strategies to align real estate services to these objectives.

Establish and implement the overall vision, strategy and performance metrics for the applicable service lines.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Implement and manage account governance processes.

Provide disciplined contract management to ensure superior delivery of all contract deliverables.

Contribute to GOS management to develop service delivery strategies, structure service delivery models, and lead multidisciplinary responses to RFPs and presentations.

Identify opportunities to enhance service solutions and capabilities within the C&W platform.

Oversee risk mitigation and dispute resolution for client and C&W.

Lead and manage account talent in partnership with HR, with emphasis on diversity & inclusion, talent reviews, performance reviews and succession planning.

Attract and mentor top talent to achieve superior performance.

Drive collaboration across Finance, HR, Sourcing, Legal, GCI, and other partners.

Manage revenue generation, account P&L, profitability and overall financial performance.

Support cross-sales and account expansion through qualitative and quantitative analytics and evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years in senior management or similar capacity.

Experience leading multi-discipline teams and in client, P&L and contract management.

Experience managing an integrated services account (Integrated Facility Management, Project & Development Services, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits The compensation for the position is: $174,250.00 – $205,000.00. Cushman & Wakefield provides eligible employees with a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time away. Compensation varies by location, eligibility, and other factors.
