We are seeking an experienced
Embedded Firmware Engineer
to design, develop, and maintain firmware for our products and systems. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for the full firmware lifecycle — from requirements analysis to design, coding, testing, and integration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in C/C++ programming, embedded systems architecture, and troubleshooting complex hardware/software interactions. Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to firmware design and development for embedded systems. Develop, test, debug, and integrate firmware ensuring performance and reliability. Troubleshoot complex system-level issues and propose effective solutions. Upgrade and enhance existing firmware systems with new features and optimizations. Participate in requirements, design, and code review sessions. Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, QA, and product engineering teams. Develop user documentation, test reports, and technical specifications. Identify process improvements and contribute to product innovation. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 6+ years of embedded firmware development experience. Strong programming skills in
C, C++, Assembly . Experience with
microcontrollers, RTOS, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.) . Solid understanding of debugging and firmware testing methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
