The Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for the oversight and execution of test scripts, scenarios, evidence, and regression testing across the Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows.
Role Responsibilities
Quality Assurance and Testing Standards: Drive quality testing solutions by planning and constructing test scripts using quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or its clients. Quality Assurance and Testing Standards: Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures. Quality Assurance and Testing Standards: Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures, including issue management and escalation. Quality Assurance and Testing Standards: Optimize processes and methods to deliver quality work. Test Planning and Strategy: Develop end-to-end testing strategies. Test Planning and Strategy: Define test plans and entry/exit criteria. Test Planning and Strategy: Create test models (plans, data, and scripts), including test data. Test Planning and Strategy: Allocate test resources to application tests in a multi-test environment. Test Execution and Coordination: Execute testing efforts by delivering application and component releases. Test Execution and Coordination: Coordinate and execute regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality testing, and usability testing. Test Execution and Coordination: Lead other testers on the testing team and manage testing process questions and issues. Performance Tracking and Metrics: Define and track test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance. Scheduling and Estimation: Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts. Strategic Alignment: Adhere to the strategic direction set by senior management. Strategic Alignment: Act independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Strategic Alignment: Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications
Must be a US citizen. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field. Must have at least 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT industry. Must have experience in Software Testing. Must have experience providing solutions in planning, constructing, and executing test scripts. Must have experience designing, developing, and implementing test plans and test cases. Must have experience conducting defect triage meetings with development and business teams. Must have experience coordinating software testing activities (integrated testing, unit testing, user acceptance testing, production validation). Other Job Specific Skills
Experience within the Healthcare or Provider Industry. Experience with healthcare provider workflows including Revenue Cycle, Ambulatory, Lab, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, and Telehealth. Experience with the Cerner/Oracle Health EHR is
REQUIRED . Understanding of Health Integration Standards (DICOM / HL7 v2 / FHIR / C-CDA Standard). Experience with System Integration Testing. Compensation
Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors, including location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
