Education and Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3-5+ years of SAP experience, with strong working knowledge of SAP modules Proven track record of leading SAP related projects. Knowledge of SAP Functional areas: S4/Hana, BW, BI, Fiori, Solution Manager, CHaRM and other interfaces Prior experience using a Collaboration Tool (e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint for document management and sharing) Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Must have excellent English skills, both verbal and written Highly self-motivated with ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines with little supervision. To thrive in a fast-paced work environment with strong problem-solving skills and well organized, structured work habits. Ability to work with a virtual team in an international environment. Experience using Atlassian JIRA for project and task management Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Principal Duties Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties: Manage and mentor a regional team of SAP analysts Lead SAP implementation and enhancement projects from planning through execution. Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Ensure system integrity, compliance, and alignment with business processes. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other tasks that may be required. Seniority level
