Active Registered Nurse license Supervisory experience in a long-term care setting Strong leadership skills Knowledge of practices and procedures, and the laws, regulations and guidelines governing functions in the long term care facility Ability to implement and interpret the programs goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the department Knowledge of state reporting and developing and implementing plan of corrections Understand and follow company policies Benefits
